ATOP: Aparri Townsmen Online Portal

The online portal of the LGU of Aparri, Cagayan, developed in collaboration with Cagayan State University. I was the pioneer full-stack developer, setting up its architecture and leading the build of the core platform and original modules.
The Challenge
Give Aparri residents one online place for municipal information and e-services, while letting each municipal office and barangay manage its own content, requests, and records.
The Solution
As the pioneer full-stack developer and original repository owner, I set up the Laravel architecture and led the build of the core platform and most of the original modules. The portal brings together resident accounts with profile verification, online service and certificate requests with QR codes, role-based dashboards for municipal offices and barangays, news, memos, and ordinance publishing, tourism listings, feedback and satisfaction surveys, demographic data, spreadsheet exports, and system logs. Other developers contributed to and extended the portal, and I no longer maintain the live site, so its current content and features may differ from my original work.
